Several residents have asked for bikes for transportation. However, we cannot give a tax deduction for them because they will be the resident’s personal property.

We have a tax
deductible car/boat donation program. Consider donating your old car,
truck, motorcycle, boat or RV running or wrecked to Welcome Home Housing.
You get the tax deduction- we do the paperwork
The Walk for Mental Health
On the First Saturday of October at 9:30 am, WHH participates in the Walk
for Mental Health which is held at the west steps of the State Capitol.
Please consider forming a team and join us.
E-WASTE Recycle Event
Several times a year, we host an E-waste event in different parts of the Sacramento
area. So don't throw away your old computers, TVs, laptops, cell phones
etc. Save them for our recycle event and let us ecologically and safely dispose of
them or drop them off at one of our homes.
